Why doesn't the wiring included with my JDM Honda Engine work?
The wiring included with the JDM Honda Engines are for right hand drive cars, rendering them useless for north american cars. You will have to use your existing wiring from your previous engine.

It's true that the OBD2 B18B does not include a Crank Angle Sensor as that's how they come in Japan, so don't worry. You will have to use your existing Oil Pump & Crank Angle Sensor.

I just received my motor and it's smoking! What should I do?
First, be sure to take note of whether or not your previous engine was smoking as well. If that's the case then there could be left over oil which would need to either be cleaned or just disipated over time by running the engine for a while. If that isn't the case, try putting a little transmission oil on the cylinder rings and let the engine sit for about 12 hours. These are used motors so at times the cylinder rings tend to stick and not perform as they should, which creates smoking. If after using the transmission oil and running the motor for a few days the problem persists, call the dealer you had bought the engine from.
